الاسراع في انجاز التحقيقات و#المحاكمات من قبل الأجهزة والمحاكم المختصة وعدم إطالة فترة #التوقيف  #حق من #حقوق_نزيلات_السجون.

من اسباب البطء بسير المحاكمات، والتأخر في اصدار الاحكام ، او البت بطلبات اخلاء السبيل :

·         #اعتكاف_القضاة مؤخراً

·         \" جائحة كورونا \" رغم تنفيذ العديد من الجلسات عن بعد لكنها لم تكن كافية

·         عدم اقتياد النزيلة للمثول امام القضاء( عدم وجود سيارات كافية لدى قوى الامن الداخلي )

Speeding up the investigations & prosecution and not prolonging the #detention period is one of the #rights of #female #inmates.

In 2022, in the three women\'s prisons (Baabda, Tripoli and Zahle) the number of female detainees reached about 206 compared to 53 convicted.

Among the reasons for the slow conduct of trials, and the delay in issuing judgments, or deciding on requests for release:

·        Recent Judges\' strike

·        “Corona pandemic\" despite the implementation of many remote sessions, but they were not enough

·        Not taking the inmate to appear before the judiciary (lack of sufficient cars in the Internal Security Forces)
