For there are no vocational trainings provided by the official authorities in the Lebanese prisons, NGOs are the only providers. The trainings require:

-          A clear and structured training programs.

-          Selection of professions needed in the job market.  

-          Specialized and professional trainers.

-          Adequate environment ( place – tools – materials)

-          Certificates disregarding the training place

-          Coordination with the private sector entities in order to provide job opportunities for the prisoners after their release.

في الواقع لا يوجد اي تدريب مهني في السجون من قبل الجهات الرسمية المختصة،  انما تقوم الجمعيات المتواجدة في السجون بتوفير التدريب المهني للسجينات. وهو يحتاج الى:

- خلق برامج واضحة ومنظمة للتدريب.

- ربط المهن بسوق العمل لتتمكن السجينة من العمل لاحقا بعد خروجها من السجن .

- توفير المكان والمواد والأدوات اللازمة للتدريب من قبل متخصصين.

- ان تمنح السجينة افادات بالمهن التي تدربت عليها دون ذكر مكان التدريب .

- التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والمحلية من اجل توفير فرص عمل للسجينة بعد خروجها من السجن .
