Creating rooms inside prisons for children to visit their mother is one of the rights of the child and the imprisoned mother.

Most of the Lebanese prisons do not meet the most basic humanitarian needs, and we can find there many violations of various human rights.

Women\'s prisons in Lebanon do not have special and decent rooms for children to visit their mothers, and this is done in the administration rooms, which does not allow children and their mothers to meet freely. Visits by children to their mothers in prisons require prior permission from the Public Prosecution and the Public Prosecutor.

 لا يوجد في سجون النساء في لبنان غرف خاصة ولائقة لزيارة الاطفال لأمهاتهن، إذ يتم ذلك في غرف الادارة مما لا يسمح للاطفال وامهاتهن بحرية اللقاء. كما إن  زيارة الاطفال لامهاتهن في السجون تتطلب اذن مسبق من النيابة العامة ومن المدعي العام .
