For there are no income-generating activities provided by the official authorities in the Lebanese prisons, NGOs are the only providers. This requires the following:

-          Securing the place, materials and tools necessary for the prisoner to be able to complete her work and sell it later.

-          Securing specialized persons to manage and marketing the production of inmates.

-          Linking production to market demands.

-          Not to exploit female prisoners so that the return is equal to the effort exerted

-          The value of the wage should be equal to the value of wages outside the prison.

-          Giving equal work opportunities to all inmates, especially for low-income and long sentenced prisoners.

لا يوجد في جميع سجون النساء مشاغل حرفية ، وبالتالي لا يوجد اعمال مدرة للدخل الا  بمبادرات خجولة من الجمعيات العاملة داخل السجون. وذلك يحتاج الى:

- تأمين المكان والمواد والأدوات اللازمة للسجينة للتمكن من انجاز عملها وبيعه لاحقا .

- تأمين متخصصين لادارة وتسويق انتاج النزيلات .

- ربط الانتاج بطلب السوق.

- عدم استغلال السجينات بحيث يكون المردود مساوي للمجهود المبذول من قبل  السجينة

-ان تكون قيمة الاجر موازية لنفس قيمة الاجور خارج السجن.

- إعطاء فرص متساوية لجميع النزيلات الراغبات بالعمل خاصة ذوات الدخل المحدود والمحكومات لفترات طويلة.
